Before State

Before jumping into the program and getting onboarded and setup with their new tailored sales and marketing process, Phillips Stoves and Flooring had:

Great brand and local word of mouth + have been established for many years around their service area.

Amazing products and service, looking to expand their customer base

The immediate bottlenecks that we identified were:

Didn't have a good way of acquiring new sales outside of word of mouth and referrals for both stove and flooring products.

Optimised their Google My Business profile so their website is number 1 in the local area for Stoves and Flooring

Developing a compelling offer tailored to their customer avatar for ad campaigns, featuring a clear and well-defined product.

Establishing 5 new streams of enquires & Setting up advertising campaigns with an effective follow-up strategy to convert leads into sales while sustaining a strong conversion rate as volume grows.

Creating a CRM where they could collect their clients information and track the entire business using automation

Developing a fully customised tracking system to ensure accurate metrics monitoring and optimal performance of all elements.

Installed enhanced chat widget lead capture on their website to collect more leads & appointments from the website

Installed custom followup systems with a variety of channels including sms, email, voicemail and phone calls to increase sales conversion rate and reduce their workload

Establishing systems designed to boost customer referrals and generate more reviews for the business.

Results (After these actions)

Achieving a significant increase in leads and fully booked appointments through our comprehensive multi-tier approach with 5 new channels of enquires.
