The following document is a case study going over Nightingale Energy progress and results.

Before State

Before jumping into the program and getting onboarded and setup with their new tailored sales and marketing process, Nightingale had:

Extensive experience in the solar industry 12+ years with full accreditations

Grand brand and solid system to handle extra customers coming in

Skeptical if it would work or not, but decided to take the leap

The immediate bottlenecks that we identified were:

Tried various lead generation methods and companies without success, so I've primarily relied on referrals. Not enough attention in the business.

Automated sales system was needed to ensure consistency across all new leads and a consistent sales conversion rate.

No CRM to track and measure where sales come from, no automated warmup or followup systems, other than the existing sales team, leading to a heavy workload for their sales team.

Actions Taken (During first month of the relationship)

After the initial onboarding process and consulting calls we began creating a custom version of our acquisition process:

Creating a CRM where they could collect their clients information, automate internal processes and convert more sales

Creating a database around their customer avatars and gathering past contacts over the past 2+ years to reactivate

Advertising campaigns based around their customer avatar and targeting their desires and goals - standing out from the crowd.

Installed automated custom followup systems with a variety of channels including sms, email, voicemail and phone calls - connected to the entire business infrastructure

Trained their internal team on appointment-setting so they could close as many leads as possible with our system

Trained them on content strategy to make sure their organic content and brand aligned with the desires of their customer avatar both on social media and google(using real data and feedback)

Installed automated systems to increase referrals and reviews within the business for new customers.

Automated database "gold-mine revival system" to reactivate past opportunities & previous customers into new sales.

Installed a custom tracking system to ensure their metrics improved over time for their customer acquisition and we could track what was going in vs going out

Results (After these actions)

A consistent stream of pre-qualified leads & fully booked appointments for new solar installs.

Overall business lead capture optimised leading to 10x increase in lead to appointment booking rate

Reduced workload on sales team and improving conversion rate
